I joined the Psychiatry and Neuroimaging Lab (PNL) at Harvard Medical School as a Data Engineer at the beginning of August 2023.
Since then I have been working on developing and maintaining the data infrastructure for the research projects at PNL. My primary responsibilities include monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the data flow pipelines. I am also working on developing new data pipelines and data processing tools to support the research projects at PNL.
The primary project I am working on is AMP-SCZ. I have been involved in:
- developing a data pipeline to process, QC and generate reports for AV data
- computing different variables of interest for the project
- develop ETL pipelines to integrate data from different sources
- visualize and analyze the data to generate insights
I intend to write more about my work at PNL in the future. Stay tuned for more updates!
